World-Class Franchise Training
As you prepare to open your franchise location, you’ll receive at least 26 weeks of in-depth training. You’ll be assigned an onboarding operations manager (OOM) who will provide accountability and keep you moving toward important milestones. Your OOM, as well as the other members of your Success Team, will support you throughout the training and onboarding process.

of in-depth training
Training is a mix of on-site, virtual, and remote sessions. One of the most invaluable sections is our onboarding experience, which breaks the keys to franchise ownership down to five sections: Run Your Business, Lead Your Team, Create Your Patient Experience, Manage Your Product, and Operate Your Store.
You’ll also be assigned a current Pearle Vision franchisee as a peer mentor. During the franchise training process, you’ll spend 4-5 days at your peer mentor’s EyeCare Center, learning the ins and outs of operating a Pearle Vision franchise.
Keep in mind that members of your staff, including your manager, will also need to complete training specific to their roles prior to opening. Completing the hiring process in a timely manner is essential to making sure your grand opening goes smoothly!
During the training process, you’ll also be expected to complete:
- Vision care training
- Lens, frame, and inventory training
- Customer experience training
- Brand identity training
- Eyefinity University
Ongoing Franchise Support
Throughout the life of your franchise, you’ll receive best-in-class franchise support from Pearle Vision. We’ve been doing this for quite some time, and we know exactly what our franchisees need to build a thriving business. Our seasoned field leaders will continue to work with you, providing individualized attention that meets you where you are. We’ll keep a close eye on your operations, customer feedback, and performance data to ensure you’re getting the best guidance possible.
As a member of our franchise system, you’ll also connect with your fellow franchisees through regular virtual and in-person meetings. This fosters a sense of community among Pearle Vision franchisees and keeps everyone aligned with our brand goals and standards. It’s also a great opportunity for franchisees to learn from franchise leadership, industry experts, and one another.
